“When I returned to Brazil, I set up my first studio in the garage. In the morning, I would take the car out to put the table and vise on, and before I left, I needed to get everything back in place. It took a long time for the business to grow. At that time, people said “oh, how beautiful, this would be nice in my country house”. They had a different view of pottery. Nowadays, we have a more contemporary look.”
